Side also enjoys around 300 days of sunshine per year, and is readily accessible, being just 30 minutes from the well covered Antalya international airport.

There is a particularly good deal on at the moment on a 2 bedroom apartment with a 6% guaranteed rental yield for just £68k. Now, this is a lot more expensive than other parts of Turkey, but as explained above the package afforded by Side is well worth the extra.
